EFU is short for www.efu.com.cn . Sometimes we also call our company China Apparel Network Technology Co.,Ltd as EFU.

How do I become a member of Chinaapparel?
To be a member of Chinaapparel, please click Join Now, and fill out the registration form.
I have forgotten my password & ID.
Please click on Forgot Password? And enter your ID in a password reminder form.
When you answer password hint question, your password will be sent to you via e-mail immediately.
But if you forget your ID, you are requested to enter your basic information used to create your account in Chinaapparel
I cant’ sign in to become Chinaapparel member.
It might be the one of following reasons:
1. If you see the error message, "Invalid Password", try signing in again. Please make sure you've entered the correct member ID and password.
2. If you see the error message, "Cookie Error", you might need to reset your Internet browser settings. Click here for more info on resetting your browser.
3. Unknown server errors, and Internet traffic problems might also affect signing in. Wait a few minutes, and try again later.
Inbox & Sent Box
Chinaapparel has created an inquiry management system for Chinaapparel members to conveniently utilize our inquiry service.
”Inbox & Sent Box” is in the area of ‘My EFU’, and this works very similar to your regular e-mail servers. You can receive online inquiries or orders from buyers in “Inbox” and your any online inquires or orders placed to the suppliers will be kept in “Sent Box”.

How do I proceed with my trade leads?
For finding more business opportunities, don't forget to post trade leads and we would like to inform you how to post them directly for helping you use our service usefully.
1. So, first go to your member area.
2. Click 'Post Trade Leads'.
3. Fill the form and submit after finished.
I posted my trade leads in “Trade Leads”, but it didn't show up on the site.
It will be published after our Customer Service Center has verified your trade lead, usually will be within 24 hours, or one working day.
How to get priority listing for my trade leads
As a premium member, you will be eligible to enjoy priority listing in Trade Leads and Product Category search. To obtain these advanced listing features and more, click here for more info.
My trade lead was refused by your Customer Service Center. Under what circumstances would my trade lead be refused?
A trade lead not accepted can be attributed to one of the following situations:
1. The trade lead message content is too simple. A basic amount of detailed information is required and appreciated.
2. The message was not in English - Chinaapparel is an English language based website, and all posts are only in English.
3. You posted the same trade lead message twice within 24 hours. We encourage you to post your Trade Leads regularly, but Chinaapparel can only accept the same Trade Lead once every 24 hours.
4. Your message is found false, unlawful, defamatory, or to violate the rights or benefits of others.
5. Other inappropriate messages.
My trade lead can be placed under more than one industry category; what should I do?
You can post your trade leads under at most four categories. Please select the most appropriate category for each of your products.
Can I repost the same trade lead more than once?
Yes, you can. We encourage you to post your Trade Leads regularly, but Chinaapparel can only accept the same Trade Lead posting once every 24 hours.
Inquiry and My favorite partners
I can't see e-mail address to get in touch with trade leads. How do I contact the poster of trade leads?
Chinaapparel doesn't provide our members' e-mail address on our site to prevent Spam mail. So < Inquiry Now> menu in the middle of trade leads page helps a visitor contact you directly by completing an inquiry form. Also if you find someone is the potential objective, click Add to my favorite partners, then you can keep in touch with them through “My favorite partners” in member area at any moment. Your any trace record will be kept in member area helps you effectively operate online business.
Other Problems
Can I change or edit my post in “Trade Leads” or “Company Profile” or “Product Catalogue”?
No, any post appearing on site is not allowed to change/edit by yourself. However, you can tell Chinaapparel Customer Service Center to change/edit it.
I suspect a Chinaapparel member is engaged in fraud. What shall I do?
Please inform Chinaapparel immediately. Forward any mail you have received from the suspected fraudster to Customer Service Center. We will delete the member’s ID from Chinaapparel. If you receive any further suspect correspondence, please forward it to us immediately.
Why are so many of my inquiries returning as failed?
Due to the growing problem of Spam on the Internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block mail from widely used web mail services such as hotmail, etc.
Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, you can resend your inquiry to the address on the returned mail using a different email account.
