In terms of domestic import and export area, the top ten exporting provinces (referring to provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions, same as below) ranked by export values were Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Fujian, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin and Liaoning. The export values of Beijing and Tianjin decreased, while those of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Fujian, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin increased tremendously.
