Hong Kong (June 10, 2002) - Asia Pacific Leather Fair 2002 occurred in Hong Kong and its was already a success. They record an increase in all its sectors according to its last edition. 30.417 visitors (among which more than 18.000 people attended the fair for the first time), the increase concerns above all Chinese visitors (excluding Hong Kong) increasing their presence of 60%, followed by Indian and Japanese ones, who brought the number of Countries visitors to 112.
    The number of buyers, coming from 100 Countries, has also increased recording 20.844 people. The new winning formula depends on the skillfulness to join all the sectors of leather goods production, from raw materials to hand-made products. A further success has been represented by the high demands for APLF 2003 edition.
