In April, imports & exports of Heilongjiang Province decreased by 15.8%, of which exports down by 18.1%, imports down by 13.9%. Imports & exports to Russia were US$ 191.53 million in April, down by 6.6%, of which exports were US$ 74.23 million, down by 10.3%; imports were US$ 117.30 million, down by 4.1%.

  In the first four months of this year, exports of machinery and electronic products in the Province were US$ 72.97 million, down by 46%. Exports by processing trade were US$ 65.17 million, and imports US$ 39.17 million, down by 30%.
