Free trade agreement (FTA) signed by China and Pakistan last week will have hardly any effect to India.

India’s export is broad and not dependent on one country. So FTA between China and Pakistan is hardly going to bother India.

There is little chance that China will import cheap raw material from Pakistan and to increase competitiveness in Indian markets.

Moreover, Pakistan is not capable to compete with India in Chinese market like pharmaceuticals and automobiles.

Only way by which Pakistan can affect India is textiles but China itself is so strong in textiles that Pakistan is barely going to make any difference.
