The 21st Dalian International Fashion Festival will be held from 4th to 8th, September, 2010. During this festival, a carnival will be organized for the first time. This carnival is featured with all people's participation.

It is known that there are parade and party after the opening ceremony on the evening of 4th, September. 30 floats and 2000 models home and abroad will constitute the parade team, which will give us a fascinating and passionate performance. Thousands of citizens in different costumes will dance at the party.

This carnival is consisted of the parade and five square cultural activities.

A series of activities will be organized during the 21st Dalian International Fashion Festival including “Dalian Cup" design competition for young designers and Asian ethnic garments exhibition and so on.
